iPhone or Nokia N810

★★★

» morganm answered...

If it were me, I'd probably get the Nokia. I like a physical keyboard for one, and from what I understand the 810 works very much like the 800, and I've heard great things about it.

Beyond that, Nokia has a developers kit that is in use already, and a platform with third-party apps already ready. I'm sure the iPhone will have it as well eventually, but it's not ready yet.

Last, the 810 has GPS, and in a mobile device I kind of think it's nuts not to have it. I usually use my machines for talking, a little email, texting, and directions. Both the iPhone and the 810 will do the first three fine, but the last, for now, is only any good on the Nokia.

As for looks and size, the iPhone has to get the nod I think.
