If you're willing to pay for the $500ish bundle, Walmart and eToys both have availability currently.
Either way, I think wiitracker.com is your best bet. If you look at the history at the bottom, you'll see why it's a valuable service. "Toys R Us Nintendo Wii Console and Super Smash Brothers Brawl for $300" was available for less than 4 minutes. Too fast, and too many places to check by hand.
I'd say subscribe to the RSS feed there, and be ready to jump. Good luck, they are definitely worth the trouble.
