What TV size is perfect for a little room, like 7x7 feet?

And it looks like you're going to be somewhere between 30 and 47 inches, depending on how far you can reasonably sit from the screen.
In reality, the popular sizes you'll be looking at are 32, 37, and 42 inch screens. I use a 37 for Xbox 360 and sit maybe 5 feet from it, and I think that's just about right. But if you are literally just watching TV in there, and you want a more cinematic feel, maybe go for the 42 inch. There are terrific deals in that size.
Whichever you use, you would likely want to mount on the wall to give yourself a little breathing room. Have fun!
