If you are referring to the Dynex, at that price I wouldn't hesitate. I do not think there is as much difference on LCDs as there was in CRT televisions, and the reviews seem good.

I would also keep an eye on places like bensbargains if you know what you're looking for, I saw a 32 for $350 last week from Dell.

The one on Dell was a Vizio but it's gone now.

If brand is an issue for you there is a Sony 32 at Dell for $450 at Dell if you use coupon code LB11J5Q66J9P2V to save $300.
